WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Both our students and Music Lab expect long-term commitments as we believe that lasting relationships with our students are fundamental to their development. If you are interested in temporary positions, we are not the culture for you at the moment.

  • Passion for education and learning is a must!

  • We appreciate that musicians are performers, too. However, if performing is a higher priority for you at the moment, we may not be a good fit as we expect consistency and commitment to our students.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Very competitive rates (from £21 to £30 per hour);

  • Our teachers have, on average, an income of £600/month within the first 6 months and £900/month within the first 18 months;

  • We take care of all the bookings, timetable, marketing, equipment, etc;

  • On-going training to make you a better teacher!;

  • Discounts in musical equipment;

  • Opportunities to take on work at local mainstream schools;

  • Opportunities to manage your own Music Lab branch!;

  • Opportunities to become a part-owner of the fastest growing music school in Leeds, soon opening more schools across Yorkshire.
