Music Lab Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer

Customers can receive up to 90% off their next monthly payment by referring a new student to Music Lab.

2. Eligibility

  • The referrer must be an active Music Lab customer at the time the reward is applied

  • The referred person must be a new customer (not previously enrolled or currently active)

  • The referral must be identifiable (e.g. name mentioned, tracked link, or confirmed by Music Lab)

3. How the Reward Works

  • The referrer will receive a credit equivalent to 90% of the referred student’s first monthly payment

  • The credit is:

    • Capped at the value of the referrer’s own monthly plan

    • Applied to the next available invoice only

    • Not transferable to other individuals or accounts

    • Not redeemable for cash

4. Reward Activation

The referral reward is only issued once:

  • The referred student has completed their first full month of paid lessons, and

  • Payment for that month has been successfully received

5. Credit Usage Rules

  • Credit can only be used against monthly membership fees

  • Credit cannot exceed the value of a single invoice

  • Any unused credit is not carried forward

  • Multiple referrals may be made, but rewards are applied one month at a time

6. Unlimited Referrals

  • There is no limit on the number of friends a customer can refer

  • However, rewards will be distributed sequentially, one billing cycle at a time

7. Abuse & Fair Use

Music Lab reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or revoke rewards where referrals are suspected to be fraudulent, self-referred, or abusive

  • Verify referral validity before issuing credit

  • Modify or withdraw the programme at any time without prior notice

8. Changes to the Programme

Music Lab may:

  • Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time

  • Update reward structures or eligibility rules

  • Suspend or terminate the referral programme without liability

9. General

  • Participation in the referral programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

  • Music Lab’s decision regarding any aspect of the programme is final
